Our Houston operation continues to expand, and we are seeking a driven Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to grow our presence across the Greater Houston market.

As a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative
, you will be responsible for developing and managing commercial client relationships throughout Houston and the surrounding areas
. This role is ideal for a sales professional who understands relationship‑based selling

You will work closely with estimators, project managers, and branch leadership to deliver high‑quality roofing solutions to property owners, facility managers, and commercial clients.

• Develop new commercial roofing opportunities throughout Houston and surrounding markets
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility directors, building owners, and general contractors
• Conduct on‑site roof evaluations and client consultations
• Partner with estimators to prepare accurate, competitive proposals
• Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through contract execution
• Track leads, proposals, and follow‑ups using CRM software
• Represent Jolly Roofing at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
• Support branch leadership with sales forecasting and market development

• Commercial sales experience in roofing, construction, or building services preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to travel locally throughout the Houston metro area

• Valid Driver's License (preferred)
