As an Account Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind our key accounts, collaborating closely with our Account Manager and various stakeholders within hospital enterprises. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects not only succeed but exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Account Manager and stakeholders on groundbreaking projects that shape the future of healthcare.
- Clients include leading healthcare organizations in the US.
- Deliver top‑notch after‑sales support to build lasting relationships and ensure customer loyalty.
- Respond swiftly and accurately to client inquiries, becoming their go‑to expert and trusted partner.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through regular communication, ensuring we’re always aligned with their needs.
- Report on account statuses to keep our strategies agile and responsive to the fast‑evolving healthcare landscape.
- Engage with Leadership:
Take advantage of major opportunities to interact with key leaders in the organization, fostering valuable relationships that can drive your professional growth and influence strategic initiatives. - Project Planning:
Contribute to comprehensive project planning efforts by collaborating with cross‑functional teams, identifying key milestones, and ensuring timely execution to achieve successful outcomes for our clients. - Communication:

- 2-4+ years of experience in customer service or account management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client engagement.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in project management skills and tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to address client needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain positive relationships.
- Keen attention to detail for accuracy in project deliverables and communications.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
