We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing sales team at Continental Silverline Products. In this role, you will be responsible for managing an assigned market(s), building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through consistent sales activity. This position requires regular overnight travel up to 3-5 days per week.
You will play a key role in maintaining existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate order execution and customer satisfaction. - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly (including overnight travel)
- Associate’s degree in business or related field OR equivalent experience
- 2+ years of outside sales or B2B sales experience
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sales preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $88,000 (based on experience)
