Inside Sales Account Manager – Houston, TX

• Utilize company‑provided leads to develop relationships over the phone and via e‑mail with real‑estate agents nationwide.
• Build solid relationships with existing and new business partners to create an ongoing pipeline of residential sales leads.
• Call potential customers from leads to discuss which home‑security system package best meets their needs and complete the sales process.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales goals.
• Regularly follow up with business partners to ensure maximum lead generation.
• Efficiently complete sales protocols to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Generate and close sales over the phone in a call‑center setting.

Average: $75,000‑$90,000 per year ($500/week guarantee; per‑sale commissions $300‑$700; monthly bonuses $500‑$2,250)

No caps on commissions.
