Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding Gryphon Healthcare’s presence within the healthcare industry. This role requires a strong understanding of revenue cycle management and medical billing services, exceptional relationship‑building skills, and the ability to represent Gryphon Healthcare through in‑person meetings, industry events, conferences, and sales and marketing initiatives.

Regular travel is required to meet with prospective clients, attend networking events, and support business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare executives, practice administrators, and other key decision‑makers.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement marketing campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Present and demonstrate Gryphon Healthcare’s revenue cycle management solutions to prospective clients.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities.
  • Travel to meet with prospective clients, attend industry conferences, networking events, trade shows, and participate in sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Represent Gryphon Healthcare professionally at client meetings, industry events, and community outreach activities.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline information within Hub Spot CRM.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and client onboarding experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably within the healthcare, medical billing, revenue cycle management, or healthcare technology industries.
  • Strong understanding of revenue cycle management and medical billing processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships and effectively engage with executive‑level decision‑makers.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Hub Spot preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly for client meetings, conferences, networking events, and business development activities.

  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
