Sales Representative - Outside

Education & Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing, or Welding related fields preferred.
• Or 5+ years prior industrial sales experience in related markets O&G, Aerospace, DoD, Power Gen.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented with strong desire to succeed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically with potential for some international sales presentations.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency mandatory for consideration due to military contract requirements.

• Frequent travel to customers, both existing and new accounts, across O&G, Aerospace, DoD, Power Gen industries.
• Listen to customers and help identify solutions to their concerns or challenges.
• Collaborate with other departments and the team focused on meeting targets to achieve long-term profitability.
• Potentially 30‑40% travel requirements locally between customer visits, business unit locations, or industry events.
• Strong personal computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet software and PowerPoint.
• Maintain detailed records on assigned accounts and contact information within Salesforce, including cases, tracking opportunities and leads.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple customer/prospect accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.
