SMB Senior Account Executive, Comcast Business; North Houston

Job Summary

Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid‑size businesses focusing mainly on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi‑location opportunities. Deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services. Promote bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer and sell with the goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets.

• Territory development, including local business partnerships and organizational affiliations, to enhance Comcast positioning and brand.
• Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
• Support customer satisfaction and uphold a positive impression of the Comcast Experience.
• Generate new leads through cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
• Focus on advanced communications solutions such as PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi‑location opportunities.
• Identify improvement areas through a consultative process that enhances prospects’ ability to communicate effectively.
• Effectively manage a territory with a high activity level and a comprehensive business plan.
• Collaborate with technical, customer service, and support staff to ensure end‑to‑end customer sales and satisfaction, driving new revenue growth.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects that yields production levels of monthly quota performance and above.
• Stay knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.
• Adhere to all company standards and business professionalism, including punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred). Applicants with coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience may also apply.
• Relevant certifications, if applicable.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in sales of internet, data, video, or voice services.

• Base Pay: $64,500.00
• Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $
• Eligibility for a commission program under the applicable plan; non‑sales positions eligible for a bonus.
