We are currently seeking a dynamic, talented, committed, and experienced Branch Manager for the Houston market, based in the city and/or surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client operations, develop, and present staffing strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the branch location and all personnel, overseeing daily operations.
  • Build business by identifying prospects, selling services, and maintaining client relationships based on trust and effectiveness.
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospect qualification, industry research, and sales analysis.
  • Conduct sales and service calls to existing and potential clients to solve problems and generate new business.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting department for training and in-house growth, focusing on talent acquisition and retention.
  • Manage marketing efforts to increase sales, including travel and promotional activities.
  • Qualifications/

    Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Previous sales experience in Staffing/Recruiting required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Active outside sales hunter.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is an asset.
  • Performance-based incentives:
    • Compensation includes a fixed base salary plus commission based on revenue.
