Territory Sales Manager – Southern Region | Balflex USA

Balflex USA is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead growth initiatives across the Southern region, including Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arizona, and Louisiana. This role is ideal for a sales professional who excels at building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving consistent revenue growth within the hydraulic hose and fittings market.

Key Responsibilities
  • sTerritory Development:
    Manage and expand sales within the assigned region, targeting both existing accounts and new business opportunities
  • .Business Development:
    Proactively identify and pursue new customers, building a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
  • .Customer Engagement:
    Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide tailored hydraulic solutions that deliver value
  • .Product Expertise:
    Represent Balflex’s product portfolio with professionalism, delivering technical guidance and effective product presentations
  • .Account Management:
    Maintain and strengthen relationships with current and past customers to drive long-term loyalty and repeat business
  • .Sales Reporting & Analysis:
    Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and regional market insights to support data-driven decision-making
  • .Forecasting:
    Prepare accurate sales forecasts and contribute to strategic territory planning
  • .

    Collaboration:

    Work cross-functionally to support customer requirements and ensure a high standard of service delivery
Qualifications & Skills
  • ls Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within hydraulics, industrial distribution, or related secto
  • rs Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skil
  • lsSelf-motivated with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targe
  • ts Ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned regi
