Territory Sales Manager – Southern Region | Balflex USA
Balflex USA is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead growth initiatives across the Southern region, including Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arizona, and Louisiana. This role is ideal for a sales professional who excels at building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving consistent revenue growth within the hydraulic hose and fittings market.
Key Responsibilities- sTerritory Development:
Manage and expand sales within the assigned region, targeting both existing accounts and new business opportunities - .Business Development:
Proactively identify and pursue new customers, building a strong and sustainable sales pipeline - .Customer Engagement:
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide tailored hydraulic solutions that deliver value - .Product Expertise:
Represent Balflex’s product portfolio with professionalism, delivering technical guidance and effective product presentations - .Account Management:
Maintain and strengthen relationships with current and past customers to drive long-term loyalty and repeat business - .Sales Reporting & Analysis:
Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and regional market insights to support data-driven decision-making - .Forecasting:
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and contribute to strategic territory planning - .
Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally to support customer requirements and ensure a high standard of service delivery
- ls Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within hydraulics, industrial distribution, or related secto
- rs Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skil
- lsSelf-motivated with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targe
