Position: Regional Learning Manager (RLM) – Houston TX

Compensation

Base Salary Pay Range: $80,000–$90,000 per year. Specific offers within the listed pay range are determined by experience, education, skills, certifications, and business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and deliver a sales training program within the assigned sales region.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify, recommend, and implement training solutions that maximize sales efficiencies and performance, including ongoing Account Management development focused on customer retention, account growth, strategic account planning, and expansion of existing customer relationships.
  • Assist in coordination and delivery of new hire training programs, providing coaching and training on specific topics and tasks.
  • Focus on newly hired account managers aligned with the Onboarding Program covering topics such as sourcing/prospecting, impact statements, qualifying opportunities, B2B sales processes, technical product launches, and CRM/system use.
  • Support regional initiatives, including tracking and communicating training progress and launching regional training programs as needed.
  • Conduct needs assessments and identify areas for additional learning opportunities to ensure the region meets its business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/training experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of all aspects of the telecom industry, including IP, data, and WAN products.
  • In‑depth knowledge of selling skills concepts.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous sales experience and willingness to travel 50%–75% of the time.
