Sales Associate eCommerce - Jaguar Land Rover West Houston

Overview

The e‑Commerce Sales Associate interacts with customers online, over the phone, and in‑person to guide their vehicle purchase in a no‑haggle sales environment. The role involves responding to leads promptly, answering questions, providing information, and helping customers move from contact to an in‑store experience while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Respond to online, phone, and in‑store leads in a timely fashion.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the purchase process.
• Negotiate terms to ensure payment options meet customer lifestyles, budgets, and expectations.
• Close the sale and ensure accurate documentation.
• Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction.
• Transition customers to the Service department as needed to support ownership experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience.
• Prior sales experience (retail preferred) or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to use technology effectively.
• Valid in‑state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
• Willingness to follow up with customers and set/achieve targeted sales goals.
