Overview

We’re hiring an all-star sales manager to lead our team and help us hit our sales goals. You’ll cultivate and motivate your team, identify targets and goals, and evaluate sales performance to ensure our success. The ideal candidate is a natural leader, a team player, and loves taking on new challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Manage our sales team by creating a sales plan for each sales representative, setting individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing ongoing training programs to set the team up for success.
  • Outline our sales strategies and objectives to ensure we make our sales goals.
  • Present sales reports to the team that accurately represent sales efforts including sales progress and volume to more accurately forecast future goals.
  • Maintain long-lasting customer relationships and manage customer complaints to ensure we are meeting their needs.
  • Continue company growth by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales.
  • Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in business, sales, management, consulting, military, education, healthcare, or other professional fields.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Enterprising mindset with a desire to build and lead a business.
  • Proven ability to influence, motivate, and work with diverse individuals.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve professional growth.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior sales, management, business development, or client-facing experience is highly valued.
Compensation

$130,000+ annual salary
