Job Title

Staffing Account Executive – Houston, TX

Employment Type

Full-Time, Exempt (Direct Hire)

Compensation

$85,000 base salary + commission (On-Target Earnings: $165,000-$300,000)

Location

Houston, TX | Remote (with required travel to customer sites and GTS offices as needed)

Must pass a satisfactory standard criminal background check upon hire.

Work Authorization

The Staffing Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers at various levels within the organization for IT Staffing and purchasing through outbound and face-to-face communication.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Develop a business strategy to acquire new customers and expand GTS portfolio with existing customers.
  • Identify new opportunities within GTS’s core competencies and move them through the sales cycle to close through customer interaction and awareness of market conditions and pricing.
  • Develop innovative proposals and deliver strategic sales presentations.
  • Understand GTS’s contracts and pricing structure.
  • Promote GTS’s solutions through trade shows, conventions, GTS events, and customer events.
  • Visit new and potential customers to develop relationships with customer decision-makers.
  • Achieve sales and margin goals as modified periodically.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; work to resolve issues that may arise during and post the sales process.
  • Customer accounts are assigned by management and subject to periodic review and reassignment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Travel
  • Travel within assigned territory to meet customers and attend company event
  • Travel requirements vary by territory and may be up to 50% or more
