The Staffing Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers at various levels within the organization for IT Staffing and purchasing through outbound and face-to-face communication.
Duties/Responsibilities- Develop a business strategy to acquire new customers and expand GTS portfolio with existing customers.
- Identify new opportunities within GTS’s core competencies and move them through the sales cycle to close through customer interaction and awareness of market conditions and pricing.
- Develop innovative proposals and deliver strategic sales presentations.
- Understand GTS’s contracts and pricing structure.
- Promote GTS’s solutions through trade shows, conventions, GTS events, and customer events.
- Visit new and potential customers to develop relationships with customer decision-makers.
- Achieve sales and margin goals as modified periodically.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; work to resolve issues that may arise during and post the sales process.
- Customer accounts are assigned by management and subject to periodic review and reassignment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Travel within assigned territory to meet customers and attend company event
- Travel requirements vary by territory and may be up to 50% or more
