Position SummaryThe Agent Development Partner (ADP) is responsible for onboarding, developing, coaching, and growing insurance agents and agency partners within the Keystone Advisors ecosystem. This role serves as a strategic business consultant, trainer, coach, and relationship manager focused on driving production, retention, compliance, and long‑term agency success.
The ADP works closely with independent agents, field agents, telesales professionals, and agency owners to implement best practices that improve client acquisition, member retention, cross‑selling opportunities, and operational effectiveness.
A successful candidate combines agency development expertise with strong sales leadership, contact center operations knowledge, and business development experience. This individual understands how to leverage both field and inside sales strategies to create scalable growth and exceptional client outcomes.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Agent Recruitment & Expansion- Recruit, onboard, and develop new insurance agents and agency partners.
- Conduct business development meetings and growth consultations.
- Support expansion efforts across ACA Marketplace, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Ancillary Products, and Group Benefits.
- Develop strategic growth plans for agents and agencies.
- Facilitate onboarding training programs for newly contracted agents.
- Conduct one‑on‑one coaching and business development sessions.
- Deliver training on sales strategies, product knowledge, compliance requirements, technology platforms, client retention, cross‑selling opportunities.
- Develop personalized action plans to improve agent performance and mentor agents through all stages of business development.
Preferred candidates have contact center sales leadership experience and will support both field and remote call center sales external partners.
- Apply contact center best practices to improve sales productivity, agent accountability, lead management, conversion rates, First Call Resolution, customer experience, retention outcomes, cross‑sell opportunities, referral generation, and performance management.
Leverage knowledge of inbound sales operations, outbound sales campaigns, benefit navigation programs, workforce management, service level management, forecasting and staffing models, quality assurance programs, and CRM adoption and utilization.
Business Consulting & Agency Growth- Conduct agent business reviews and performance assessments.
- Analyze sales reports and production trends.
- Recommend growth strategies and operational improvements.
- Help agents build annual business plans.
- Guide agencies on lead acquisition strategies, marketing initiatives, sales processes, retention programs, client engagement models, referral generation, and support agencies in increasing profitability and scalability.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned agents and agencies.
- Conduct recurring touchpoints and business reviews.
- Build strong partnerships with agents, agency owners, carrier representatives, community organizations, and strategic partners to foster long‑term relationships that drive mutual growth.
