• Support onboarding and development of new Client Advisors by sharing best practices and product expertise
• Use digital tools and sales platforms to optimize business opportunities and track KPIs
• Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams to support store operations and team objectives
• Maintain professional presentation and adhere to company policies and operational procedures

• Proven experience in high-quality, client-focused service within fashion, accessories, or luxury hospitality
• Consistent track record of strong sales results and meeting or exceeding KPIs
• Demonstrated passion for fashion and ability to create personalized client looks
• Business-minded, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in English and local language; comfortable with digital tools
