About the Role
Account Executive – responsible for new business revenue generation and building a book of business through prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships within the real estate and mortgage industry.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and build relationships with real estate and mortgage professionals to develop new business.
- Work with clients to understand insurance needs, analyze options from a large carrier portfolio, and provide customized solutions.
- Use Salesforce and sales process management tools to track opportunities and close new business.
- Achieve monthly revenue goals both individually and as part of the team.
First‑year earnings potential ranges from $53,000 to $90,000, varying by performance. Compensation includes uncapped new business commissions, renewal commissions that provide passive income, and potential eligibility for an annual President’s Club trip.
Experience & EducationPass the state licensing exam (required once hired). Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Required Skills & Abilities- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Business‑to‑business or consumer‑to‑consumer sales experience or related college major.
- Competitive attitude, networking abilities, entrepreneurial spirit, and problem‑solving mentality.
- Self‑motivated self‑starter with strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
