About the Role

Account Executive – responsible for new business revenue generation and building a book of business through prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships within the real estate and mortgage industry.

• Prospect and build relationships with real estate and mortgage professionals to develop new business.
• Work with clients to understand insurance needs, analyze options from a large carrier portfolio, and provide customized solutions.
• Use Salesforce and sales process management tools to track opportunities and close new business.
• Achieve monthly revenue goals both individually and as part of the team.

First‑year earnings potential ranges from $53,000 to $90,000, varying by performance. Compensation includes uncapped new business commissions, renewal commissions that provide passive income, and potential eligibility for an annual President’s Club trip.

Pass the state licensing exam (required once hired). Legally authorized to work in the United States.
