Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for AI, optical and semiconductors? A global designer and supplier of high-end test & measurement instrument and equipment for the optical communication, chip and semiconductor industries is expanding its team in North America.

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive new business growth, promoting Nexus Test’s portfolio of high-precision testing equipment, building strong customer relationships, and managing key accounts across the North America markets.

You will be responsible for building and managing a sales pipeline, developing and executing sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive New Business Growth – Identify new opportunities and prospects in high-end optical, semiconductor, green energy and silicon photonics test & measurement instruments and equipment.
  • Develop & Manage Customer Relationships – Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Sales presentations and proposals
    :
    Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and technical proposals to demonstrate the benefits and superior performance of Nexus Test’s equipment.
  • Negotiate & Close Deals – Leverage strong negotiation skills to maximize sales potential, ensure competitive pricing, and close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams – Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and service, to ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback for product development.
  • Market intelligence – Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies and identify new market segments and position the company as a preferred supplier.
What You Bring
  • 8+ years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in the optical, electrical or semiconductor industries.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independently driven with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and address technical challenges presented by customers.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering such as Electrical, Optical, Physics, or a related field.
