Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store‑in‑Store are part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T‑Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They are ambassadors who generate excitement around products and services through high‑traffic customer engagement.

• Engage proactively with a broad range of customers in a high‑traffic retail environment.
• Use digital tools and the T‑Mobile app to educate, demonstrate and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
• Leverage solution‑based selling techniques to fully showcase value of T‑Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on in‑store experience, new products, processes, and systems, and stay current with promotions.
• Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers, perform knowledge sharing and store operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Carry kiosk keys and secure assets, reporting any loss to management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, build rapport, trust and loyalty, and exceed customer expectations.
• Proactively reach out to potential customers, follow up, capture referrals and manage return‑processes.
• Perform price overrides for specialty offers specific to National Retail.
• Collaborate with leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account set up through device support.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
• Strong customer‑satisfaction focus and passion for helping customers.
• Ability to balance customer experience with performance goals.
• Team‑building mindset and willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders.
• Retail sales drive, confidence and confidence in a fast‑paced environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Competitive base pay starting at $18.00/hour, with an hourly training pay of $5.00. Eligible for incentive compensation of up to $18,000/year, annual stock grant, 401(k), medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.
