The Chemical / Sales Professional will drive new business growth, establish pricing models, create short-term and long-term sales / marketing plans, manage distribution chain, build new partnerships, and delivering value to customers. This role will be hybrid role and will require travel to customers around the United States and Latin American. Compensation includes a generous base salary, annual bonus and impressive medical, dental and retirement benefits.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years sales experience in chemicals, plastics, polymer additives or films.
- Experience managing large key accounts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a large global organization.
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or relevant experience in chemicals, plastics, flexible packaging, polymer additives, or films.
- Aggressive mindset for new business development
