We are seeking a motivated sales professional to join our retail team. The Wireless Small Business Account Manager will manage Salesforce, prospect, and engage with Verizon campaigns daily. Weekly activities include leading call blitzes, reviewing performance with leadership, and tracking sales progress. Monthly responsibilities include meeting sales targets, leading 1:1 meetings with District Managers, and providing region-wide updates.
Responsibilities- Managing Salesforce and other sales enablement systems to forecast and track pipeline.
- Prospecting and engaging small and medium business customers across retail, digital, and outbound channels.
- Introducing 5G products and service solutions that meet business needs.
- Generating new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Driving small business results through the retail channel by partnering with and mentoring Consumer Retail Sales Representatives.
- Growing your customer base by acquiring and retaining accounts in the small business segment.
- Providing servicing to the existing customer base.
- 3+ years in a similar retail sales manager role, preferably with Verizon Wireless or a comparable wireless retailer.
- Minimum of 1 year of outside sales experience.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach and inspire teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Spanish bilingual is a plus.
- Proficiency with technology including cellular devices, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Proof of achievement in prior sales and leadership roles.
- Willingness to travel within assigned district as needed.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the U.S.
