In addition to our retail growth, Antone’s operates quick‑service restaurant locations in Houston that continue to be beloved by generations of locals.
PositionSummary
Antone’s is seeking a Food service Sales Manager to lead and grow our food service sales across the Houston and Gulf Coast region
. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence across key food service channels. The ideal candidate is a results‑driven sales professional with strong industry knowledge and the ability to execute strategic growth initiatives.
- Develop and expand food service sales within the Houston and Gulf Coast markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, operators, and key accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across restaurants, hospitality, and institutional accounts
- Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, leadership) to support growth initiatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure long‑term partnerships
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights
- Proven experience in sales and sales management
, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Strong knowledge of food service operations and distribution channels
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in business planning and strategic sales execution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Ability to travel within the Houston and Gulf Coast region as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in Texas food service markets strongly preferred
