Job Summary

Regular work location:
Market - AMRET - TX - Houston 228.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday. Pay: $22 per hour plus a 10% monthly bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Visit retail locations within the assigned territory and engage with merchants professionally.
  • Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
  • Provide on‑site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
  • Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in‑store.
  • Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.
  • Execute assigned activities inside each location during all visits.
  • Establish and influence business relationships through merchant awareness, POP placement and consistent productivity.
Performance Measurements
  • Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals.
  • Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals.
  • Visit multiple store locations daily and weekly.
  • Effectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance.
  • Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum six months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a field‑based environment.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage a daily route.
  • Adaptable, professional, and customer‑focused.
  • Experience in retail, sales, field marketing, or customer‑facing roles is a plus.
  • Knowledge of products and services demonstrated.
  • Excellent presentation, problem‑solving and confidentiality skills.
  • Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced team environment.
  • Reliable transportation within the assigned territory.
  • Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and successful Motor Vehicle Record screening required.
