Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Territory Outreach Manager (TOM) to expand our provider network and increase access to life-changing autism services throughout your assigned territory. In this role, you'll serve as the face of Behavioral Innovations within the healthcare community, developing trusted partnerships with physicians, specialists, and referral sources while helping more children and families access the care they need.

Your Impact

As the Territory Outreach Manager, you'll own the growth strategy for your assigned territory by developing physician relationships, increasing qualified referrals, and strengthening Behavioral Innovations' presence throughout the healthcare community.

Your success directly helps more children receive the autism services they need while supporting the continued growth of Behavioral Innovations.

What You'll Do
  • Own Your Territory
    • Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan that drives referral growth across your assigned centers.
    • Identify new business opportunities and high-potential referral partners.
    • Expand Behavioral Innovations' presence within your local healthcare community.
    • Analyze market trends and referral patterns to maximize territory performance.
    • Become the trusted outreach resource throughout your market.
  • Build Strategic Provider Relationships
    • Establish and strengthen long-term relationships with pediatricians, developmental specialists, psychiatrists, neurologists, nurse practitioners, therapists, office managers, and healthcare administrators.
    • Conduct regular in-person provider visits throughout your territory.
    • Position Behavioral Innovations as the preferred ABA referral partner.
    • Maintain ongoing engagement through proactive relationship management.
  • Educate & Influence
    • Educate healthcare providers on ABA therapy, autism treatment pathways, insurance processes, and Behavioral Innovations' clinical outcomes.
    • Deliver provider presentations, Lunch & Learns, educational events, and networking opportunities.
    • Represent Behavioral Innovations at community events, medical associations, autism advocacy organizations, and professional conferences.
    • Serve as a trusted resource for providers navigating autism referrals.
  • Drive Referral Growth
    • Generate high-quality referrals aligned with organizational growth goals.
    • Partner closely with Intake, Clinical Leadership, and Center Operations to ensure a seamless referral experience.
    • Maintain strong provider communication throughout the referral process.
    • Identify opportunities to improve referral conversion and provider satisfaction.
  • Measure Success
    • Track provider engagement, referral activity, and territory performance using CRM tools.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of provider interactions.
    • Leverage data and performance insights to continuously improve outreach strategies.
    • Consistently achieve or exceed territory growth and referral objectives.
