Job DescriptionAs a Brand Ambassador
, you will be the face of De Beers London’s flagship store in The Houston Galleria
. You will drive sales performance across all categories, cultivate strong client relationships with existing clients, create new relationships, and work to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. You will embody the prestige and elegance of De Beers London in every aspect of the selling ceremony by acting as an ambassador and delivering unparalleled service and expertise to our discerning clientele.
- Introduce the Brand to all visitors and explain its history to new clients.
- Demonstrate exceptional product and diamond knowledge.
- Maintain thorough, accurate, and accessible client information.
- Nurture long‑term client relationships, engaging them with events and new products.
- Develop strong negotiation skills to ensure sales closure.
- Take full responsibility for the store’s performance and client satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
- Encourage and support team members to achieve their best.
- Innovate and think creatively to improve sales strategies and client engagement.
Base salary: $55,000 – $60,000 USD annually, plus bonus and commission plan.
Qualifications- Proven record of delivering fine jewellery sales results, with commercial acumen and strong knowledge of the luxury retail industry.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and the local language; other languages are a plus.
- Inherent interest in the jewellery industry, driving passion for excellence.
- Strong responsibility for performance and client satisfaction, driving business growth.
- Excellent communication skills with clients and team members.
- Excellent presentation skills, making complex information accessible and engaging.

- Creative thinker who improves sales strategies and client engagement, staying ahead of industry trends.
