What You’ll Do- Greeting customers with a friendly smile and enthusiastic energy.
- Listening to customer needs and helping them find the perfect solutions.
- Building trust and long-term relationships with customers.
- Writing and closing sales with confidence.
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom.
- Supporting your team and taking on other responsibilities as needed.
- A guaranteed base hourly rate +
commissions from 2.5% to 5%. - Additional 20% incentives on select items.
