Are you a driven, licensed insurance professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment? Do you love the thrill of closing deals but want the security of a guaranteed hourly base and warm inbound leads?
We are expanding rapidly heading into the summer months and are seeking financially motivated independent agents ready to take their income to the next level. This is a high-volume, inbound call center role focused on needs-based selling—no cold calling required.
What We Offer- Solid Financial Foundation: $20.00/hour guaranteed base pay.

Stable 40-hour work weeks with overtime opportunities available as sales goals dictate. - Growth & Advancement: As a fast-growing company, we prioritize promoting from within. While this W2 position does not offer benefits at this time, we are actively looking into implementing a benefits package in the future as we scale.
- Warm Leads & Resources: Full training provided on our systems, carrier products, and high-conversion inbound pipelines.
- Inbound Sales Excellence: Handle a high volume of inbound calls, utilizing needs-based selling techniques to match clients with the right coverage while delivering fantastic customer service.
- End-to-End Account Management: Take ownership of the client journey. You will responsibly manage client accounts from the initial online application submission all the way until the contract is fully inforce.
- Tech Proficiency: Maintain high proficiency navigating phone systems and computer software to accurately execute and submit online applications.
- Quality Production: Focus on producing high-quality work, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strong client retention.
- Active Licensing (Strictly Required): Must hold a current General Lines – Life, Health, Accident, and HMO insurance license in the state of Texas.
- Experience: Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Basic customer service experience is highly valued.
- Mindset: Financially motivated, self-disciplined, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Availability: Ready to start immediately and work on-site full-time (40 hours/week).
