Scope:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Lead to own and optimize the end‑to‑end sales operating model for Donor Gamete Services. This role is responsible for sales processes, systems, forecasting, analytics, and workforce optimization to drive efficiency, scalability, and predictable revenue performance.
