Job DescriptionJoin Cintas' growing Outside Sales team as a Sales Representative. In this B2B sales role, you will provide customers with solutions for their work apparel needs, delivering weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and company branding services. You will apply the Cintas Sales Training Program to cold‑call, demo products, negotiate, handle objections, and close deals.
Responsibilities- Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the assigned territory.
- Use the CRM to identify prospects, close new business, and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Competitive base salary plus unlimited commission and quarterly performance bonus.

Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet, and Contact Management System (CMS).
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Experience in new business‑to‑business (B2B) sales.
