The National Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX, responsible for managing and growing key national client relationships. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting outreach to prospective clients, and presenting Preferred Corporate Housing’s solutions to decision-makers. The National Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, including proposal development, pricing discussions, contract negotiation, and account onboarding.
On a day-to-day basis, this role will collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction, monitor account performance, and resolve any issues that may arise. The position also includes regular reporting on sales activities, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and participating in industry events or client meetings as needed.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably with national or enterprise-level clients.
- Strong skills in relationship building, consultative selling, and client retention, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Ability to understand and present housing, relocation, or service-based solutions, including pricing, contract terms, and value propositions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both in person and in virtual or phone-based settings.
- Comfort with CRM tools, pipeline management, and sales reporting, as well as basic proficiency in standard office software.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with operations, customer service, and leadership teams to support client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in corporate housing, relocation, hospitality, real estate, or related industries is preferred but not required.
