Account Executive - Energy (North America)

A fast-growing, global data provider is hiring an Account Executive focused on the energy and commodities market across North America. The firm delivers market intelligence and workflow solutions that help clients make better trading and operational decisions.
This is a high-impact role focusing on new business development. You'll own relationships with existing clients while expanding revenue through strategic sales initiatives across the region. The position also includes oversight of a small commercial team, driving performance and aligning to broader go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle. Prospect new business, develop opportunities, demo the product, and close sales.
- Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
- Close new business consistently at or above quota level
- Help build and drive sales processes and strategy.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years selling SaaS, data, or analytics solutions into energy, commodities, or financial services
- Knowledge of the energy markets is a plus
- Proven ability to drive new revenue growth
- Highly commercial, analytical, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
