Ella Ola is a premium family wellness brand based in New York City. We developed our products with a team of Harvard pediatricians and dietitians to create a science-first, plant-based wellness collection offering the safest and most effective solutions for the whole family.

Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to spread awareness of our multivitamin line with cold calls to medical clinics. This virtual role is fully outbound and designed for a seller who thrives on high call volume and opening doors. Warm, qualified leads will be passed to Sales Managers for video education. Success will be measured by call activity and booked meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold outreach to healthcare offices - including but not limited to cold calls, emails, faxes, and social outreach.
  • Stock samples and marketing materials for clinicians as needed.
  • Secure video sales meetings with clinicians to be held by Sales Manager counterparts. Create calendar holds and coordinate lunch deliveries.
  • Educate and pull through orders in wholesale brick and mortar accounts.
  • Document interactions in our CRM. Maintain organized, detailed, and accurate records.
  • Maintain expert understanding of products and medical call points. Be a continuous learner.
  • Support conferences by overseeing vendor expo booths. National travel required 4x annually, including weekends.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration skills by working closely with peers and positively contributing to every team interaction with a kind, engaging, and open-minded attitude.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Nutrition related fields preferred)
  • 1-3 years of cold calling experience (healthcare experience preferred) with a proven track record of activity achievement
