Compliance Quest is seeking a high-performing Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business growth within the mid-market segment. This role is critical to our go-to-market strategy and revenue expansion, particularly in regulated industries such as Life Sciences and Industrial Manufacturing. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong relationships with prospects and customers.
What You’ll Do:Responsibilities and Duties
- Own and exceed assigned sales quota through strategic outbound campaigns and inbound lead conversion.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, focusing on mid-market accounts aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Collaborate with Field Sales, Marketing, and Pre‑Sales to execute account-based sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data using Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.
- Effectively communicate the value of Compliance Quest’s PLM, QMS, EHS, SRM/SQM and other SaaS solutions to diverse buyer personas.
- Engage with stakeholders across customer organizations to ensure alignment and multi‑threaded relationships.
- Partner with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure smooth handoffs and long‑term customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on product updates, industry trends, and compliance requirements (FDA, ISO, GxP).
- Participate in internal training and maintain compliance with CQ’s Quality and Information Security standards.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales or a related field
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales or business development, preferably in regulated and/or manufacturing industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a mid‑market environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience selling into compliance‑driven environments is a plus.
- Strong familiarity with QMS and PLM
- Familiarity with EHS, SRM, ERP, or MES solutions.
- Experience selling into industries such as pharma, biotech, Med Tech, industrial manufacturing.
- Ability to tailor messaging to technical and business stakeholders.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a player/coach approach to collaboration.
