Position Summary
The ideal candidate will be based in Texas, preferably in a major metropolitan area with easy access to a major airport.
Responsibilities- Develop a sales strategy to identify and pursue sales opportunities for capital products within territory.
- Implement executive‑level selling strategies by consistently initiating sales calls and contacts, developing proposals and action plans, and building trust and relationships with customers at the highest levels within target accounts.
- Control the sales process through effective targeting of buyers and influencers; overcome objections and obstacles to win the opportunity.
- Project executive presence and professionalism sufficient to interact with C‑level executives.
- Observe surgical procedures as required to remain informed of industry trends.
- Respond to customer needs, requirements, and problems in accordance with company policy, acting as liaison between customer and relevant departments.
- Full working knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in the professional field.
- Ability to operate under general supervision, using experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned goals.
- Skill in resolving day‑to‑day problems.
- Capacity to negotiate and interpret information with internal and external clients, and to consult with senior management as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4+ years of capital and/or disruptive technology experience within the medical device industry.
- Frequent business travel required; valid driver’s license and passport required.
- Ability to work a non‑standard schedule and on‑call hours as needed.
Job Requirements
The employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear, frequently required to use hands to handle or feel and reach, occasionally required to stand and walk, and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Low. Work setting:
Office environment. The position may involve occasional field visits to hospital or clinic sites.
Salary Range: $140,000–$150,000 (plus incentive compensation).
