Location: Houston TX - Hybrid

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business growth across the North American market. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and engaging potential customers to negotiating contracts and closing deals. You will represent the company in virtual meetings, on-site presentations, and industry events, building strong relationships with decision‑makers in both enterprise and mid‑market organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from outbound prospecting through contract closure.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and strategic follow-ups.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges, goals, and buying criteria.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospect needs.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, contract terms, and proposals with professionalism and confidence.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to strengthen brand presence and generate opportunities.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 3-7+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets in high-performance environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate and influence customers.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Highly motivated, persuasive, and comfortable making 100+ calls per week.
  • Familiarity with modern software terms and B2B SaaS solutions.
