Sales Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrator to support our sales team in the electrical equipment and power infrastructure sector. This role is critical for ensuring smooth operations, accurate documentation, and excellent customer support as we accelerate solutions for data centers, utilities, and industrial projects.

• Manage sales orders, quotes, contracts, and CRM data entry.
• Coordinate with production, shipping, and service teams for timely fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and administrative support for sales reps.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking.
• Process invoices, commissions, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with trade show coordination, marketing materials, and lead management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• 2+ years of experience in sales administration, preferably in manufacturing, electrical, or industrial sectors.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma required;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
