ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Mid‑Sized Accounts to sell Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions across a designated geographic territory. This role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling, continuous learning, and industry‑leading compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities- Grow your business while growing our business—work independently and collaboratively to close sales, win new business, and achieve sales goals.
- Turn prospects into loyal clients—implement a sales strategy targeted to decision‑makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
- Deepen relationships across the ADP family—strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts and build long‑term client relationships.
- Collaborate daily—serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the broader network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
- Proven winner—impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.

Experience:
college degree not required. Acceptable experience includes: two+ years quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales; three+ years experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales; prior military experience focusing on teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a “never lose” mentality.
Bonus points: Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
