Bilingual Inside Sales Representative – English and Portuguese Speaking

The Bilingual Inside Sales Representative will sell our products and services to an assigned geographic or national account base territory to achieve assigned objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers across industries, company sizes, and types to determine needs and identify opportunities to fulfill these needs with Open iT solutions.
  • Serve as the first contact point for many customers, delivering a strong first impression and laying a foundation for long‑term relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with business and IT decision‑makers via phone, email, and social media.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our solutions and relevant business pain points, and conduct high‑level demos of primary selling scenarios.
  • Generate new leads through phone calls, email campaigns and social media.
  • Assist with translations between Portuguese and English for brochures and web content.
  • Understand competitor solutions and products, and drive complete messaging to increase Open iT adoption in commercial and public sector accounts.
  • Collaborate with the extended sales team and marketing to conduct whitespace analysis, pursue high‑potential customers, and develop a target list of prospects.
  • Turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue by qualifying and selling.
  • Ensure excellence in pipeline management, hygiene and sales execution against targets.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly targets, including pipeline generation and activity‑based targets, and forecast pipeline generation accurately.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual:
    Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Client experience in sales or call‑center operations is a plus
  • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Results oriented, organized, and able to set priorities
  • Works well in an internationally diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment
