VP, Partnerships & Alliances based in United States.

This is a high-impact executive leadership opportunity to build and scale a strategic partnerships ecosystem that drives enterprise growth. You will define and execute the partner strategy, transforming alliances into a major source of pipeline, customer acquisition, and revenue. Working closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams, you will establish scalable co‑selling programs, expand strategic relationships, and shape long‑term go‑to‑market success.

The role combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution, making it ideal for a leader who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth technology environments. You will influence how innovative AI solutions reach enterprise customers while building a high‑performing partnerships organization from the ground up. Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships and alliances strategy to accelerate pipeline generation, revenue growth, and market expansion.
  • Build, recruit, and activate strategic partnerships across systems integrators, hyperscalers, channel partners, technology alliances, and other enterprise ecosystem partners.
  • Drive partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline through effective co‑selling strategies, joint account planning, and targeted go‑to‑market initiatives.
  • Design and implement scalable partner programs, enablement frameworks, performance metrics, and operational processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Revenue Operations, and executive leadership to align partnership initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Build and lead a high‑performing partnerships organization, providing coaching, strategic direction, and performance management.
  • Monitor partnership performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact while continuously optimizing partner engagement strategies.
  • Represent the organization at executive meetings, customer engagements, partner events, and industry conferences, with regular travel as required.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, channel management, or indirect go‑to‑market leadership within enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of building strategic partnerships that consistently generate enterprise pipeline and revenue.
  • Extensive experience working with systems integrators, hyperscalers, channel partners, technology alliances, or similar enterprise partner ecosystems.
  • Strong enterprise sales acumen with the ability to influence complex, high‑value sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling global partnerships organizations and leading distributed teams.
  • Strong understanding of complex technical products and experience positioning solutions to executive technology stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and AI or data leaders.
  • Strategic thinker with a builder mindset, capable of creating partnership programs from the ground up in high‑growth environments.
  • Excellent executive communication, negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% for customer, partner, and industry engagements.
