Job Description & How to Apply Below

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Mid-Sized Accounts.

In this role, you will learn ADP’s market-leading suite of HCM technology and services while working alongside tenured associates. This role is designed to shorten your learning curve and ramp up time to success by putting you in a position to work independently and collaboratively across all facets of our mid-market business and across functional area experts. You will learn how to sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 150 – 499 employees.

You will co‑manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline. ADP is here to support you and your goals with continuous sales training and the latest technology to set you up for success as you manage your book of business. You'll spend most of your time doing what you do best – selling in the field.

But that's not all. You'll also document and manage multiple sales cycles, sticking with the process through implementation until your new business is up and running on the solutions you sell. As you see more and more deals cross the finish line, you'll reap the rewards with industry-leading compensation, benefits, luxurious incentive trips, and awards. You will be armed not only with the most robust technology stack in the industry but also industry-leading and AI-driven sales tools that will help you in all facets of your selling cycle management from research to close.

As you strive to grow your career, leaders will back your desire to pursue advancement and provide continual sales training.

Responsibilities
  • Grow the business while growing your own territory: independently and collaboratively close sales, win business, and reach sales goals within your assigned geography.
  • Turn prospects into loyal clients by implementing a sales strategy targeted to decision‑makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Deepen relationships across the ADP family: sell cloud‑based human resources solutions and strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven winner: an impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
  • Positive self‑starter: upbeat, persistent style, ability to cold‑call, self‑manage time, and present ideas clearly in‑person, on paper, and over the phone.
  • Confidently fearless: embrace opportunities, take risks, and challenge the status quo.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: natural leader, resourceful, thrive under pressure, and bounce back quickly.
  • Trusted advisor: build relationships, live integrity, and deliver on promises, every time.
  • College degree is great but not required; relevant experience includes two or more years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales; three or more years in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales; or prior military experience with teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust‑building.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
Benefits
  • Culture that values equity, inclusion, and belonging; safe space for diverse perspectives.
  • One of nine Business Resource Groups for global connection.
  • Agile, fast‑paced environment with ample career progression opportunities.
  • Continuous learning with ongoing training, development, and mentorship.
  • Best‑in‑class benefits starting Day 1, focus on health, mental well‑being, and work‑life balance.
  • Resources and flexibility to integrate work and life.
  • Company‑paid time off for volunteering.
