- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within the Houston market
- Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, facility directors, building owners, and commercial real estate professionals
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and client meetings to assess needs and present tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver proposals and recommendations to clients
- Close service, maintenance, repair, and project opportunities
- Expand revenue within existing accounts while actively pursuing new relationships
- Utilize CRM and business development tools to manage pipeline and track progress
- Collaborate with estimating, operations, and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in commercial property management, facilities management, construction services, commercial real estate, or related fields
- Proven ability to build and grow client relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and pipeline management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Comfortable conducting site visits and meeting clients in person
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and self‑direct daily activities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Houston area
- Ability to perform basic property and facility assessments
Competitive base salary plus an industry‑leading, uncapped commission structure. Earn commission on both existing account growth and new account acquisition, with significant earning potential for high performers. Includes a vehicle allowance.
