Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

Job Overview

Our Retail Sales Consultants can earn between $14.42 - $17.12 per hour, plus commissions of $13,700+ when all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers earn up to $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, education, and training.

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options, demonstrating drive and a passion for helping people.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority‑based schedules available two weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment, staying flexible and open to change to meet evolving technology and customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? Training, tools, and coaching will be provided to help exceed goals.
