MSH has partnered with a leading global organization in the chemical and industrial materials sector to identify an experienced MMA Sales Manager to support and expand business across North America.
This is a high-impact commercial role focused on driving growth, developing new customer relationships, and managing strategic accounts within the chemical industry. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record selling solvents, liquid chemicals, MMA, or related chemical products and thrives in a business development-focused environment.
While Houston is preferred, exceptional candidates may be considered remotely.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Lead commercial negotiations and convert opportunities into long-term revenue streams.
- Understand customer end markets, business drivers, and growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and customer information.
- Partner closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective customer solutions.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working for a chemical distributor or chemical trading organization.
- Strong experience selling solvents, liquid chemicals, MMA, methanol, acetone, monomers, or related chemical products preferred.
- Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and commercial negotiations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
