What will you do?- Persuasively articulate RBC’s US Cash Management value proposition both internally and externally.
- Grow RBC’s capital markets client base and drive revenue by prospecting new cash management opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
- Facilitate strategic dialogue focusing on key client‑centric topics, deliver industry benchmarking insight, and partner cross‑functionally to design a tailored end‑to‑end cash management solution.
- Collaborate with Client Relationship Managers, Account Management, and Product to bring forth client insights that will drive solution development and enhancement.
- Raise new solution ideas while partnering with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in the development and evolution of products and solutions.
- Deliver thought leadership to the market, prospects and clients on working capital solutions at round tables, industry conferences, webinars, and professional media platforms.
- Devise and execute a plan to exceed sales goals.
- Accountable for the development of a sales pipeline of both new and cross‑sell opportunities and appropriately manage those opportunities through to decision.
- Position can be based in New York, Houston or Dallas.
- 5+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
- Success developing new business with a focus on prospecting and strong selling and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor.
- Aptitude for powerful presentations and negotiation skills with internal and external clients.
- Experience covering the Energy sector preferred.

The good‑faith expected salary range for the above position is $220,000 - $250,000. This range does not include other elements of total compensation including discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company‑matching contributions, health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and paid time‑off plan.
