About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales for innovative AI-powered solutions designed for the fashion and retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within apparel, fashion, retail, or e-commerce sectors and a proven track record of identifying opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and closing high-value B2B deals.
This is a fully remote role offering the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology products that help fashion brands improve efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the fashion, apparel, retail, and e-commerce sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including founders, CXOs, business heads, merchandising leaders, and digital commerce teams.
- Conduct discovery meetings and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Develop strategic account plans for target customers and key market segments.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to support sales initiatives.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in fashion and retail.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned revenue and business development targets.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 813 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic account management.
- Demonstrated success in selling B2B technology, SaaS, digital solutions, marketplace services, or related offerings.
- Strong understanding of the fashion, apparel, retail, or e-commerce ecosystem.
- Experience engaging with senior decision-makers and managing complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Experience working with fashion brands, retailers, marketplaces, or e-commerce organizations.
- Existing network of contacts within mid-sized and large fashion companies.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, analytics, or retail technology solutions.
- Experience selling into enterprise and mid-market accounts.
