About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales for innovative AI-powered solutions designed for the fashion and retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within apparel, fashion, retail, or e-commerce sectors and a proven track record of identifying opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and closing high-value B2B deals.

This is a fully remote role offering the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology products that help fashion brands improve efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the fashion, apparel, retail, and e-commerce sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including founders, CXOs, business heads, merchandising leaders, and digital commerce teams.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Develop strategic account plans for target customers and key market segments.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to support sales initiatives.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in fashion and retail.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned revenue and business development targets.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 813 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic account management.
  • Demonstrated success in selling B2B technology, SaaS, digital solutions, marketplace services, or related offerings.
  • Strong understanding of the fashion, apparel, retail, or e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Experience engaging with senior decision-makers and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with fashion brands, retailers, marketplaces, or e-commerce organizations.
  • Existing network of contacts within mid-sized and large fashion companies.
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, analytics, or retail technology solutions.
  • Experience selling into enterprise and mid-market accounts.
