Job Summary

This is a true hunter/net‑new business development role with uncapped commissions. You will be an experienced Territory Sales Manager leading new business development in the commercial services industry.

Job Details

We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive new business development and expand market presence within an assigned territory. This field‑based sales role focuses on prospecting, relationship building, and closing long‑term service agreements with commercial clients.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Conduct on‑site client visits, assessments, and presentations
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and service recommendations based on customer needs
  • Develop relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders
  • Negotiate and close long‑term service agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within the CRM system
  • Consistently achieve or exceed territory sales goals
What Success Looks Like
  • Establish a strong pipeline within the first 90 days
  • Consistently acquire new customers
  • Grow recurring revenue and territory performance
  • Maintain strong customer retention and relationship development
  • Achieve sales and activity targets
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience
  • Proven success in prospecting and generating new business opportunities
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing a sales territory and full sales cycle
  • Self‑motivated, competitive, and results‑oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working independently in a field‑based environment
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
