Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a highly motivated individual to fill a full‑time Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator position. Are you energized by spending the day on the road, meeting new people, and exceeding sales goals? If so, we want to hear from you.

You will wake up excited each morning to meet new clients and work on prospective business deals. You keep appointments, perform prompt follow‑ups, and build strong rapport with potential residential customers. You survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options, performing home evaluations that may involve crawling into tight spaces such as attics. Your sales skills allow you to offer solutions, recommend services, and explain benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately.
You thrive on varied locations and the dynamic nature of the job, ensuring a positive attitude leads to inspection and customer success.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency‑required licensing/certification exams
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
- Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
- Customer service experience
- Proven sales ability
- Basic math skills
