Retail Sales Advisor – The Galleria (Houston, TX)

Savage X Fenty is hiring a passionate Retail Sales Advisor to deliver a best‑class service experience in our first IRL locations. You will play a pivotal role in creating a fearless, confident, and inclusive environment for our customers.

• Elevate the service experience by embodying our values and brand ethos, fostering a welcoming culture for diverse customers.
• Actively engage guests and VIP members through body‑positive, product‑knowledgeable interactions.
• Stay informed on the XTRA VIP Membership model, promotions, and benefits.
• Collaborate with Store Leaders and Sales Team to achieve store performance targets.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising standards to support a streamlined customer journey.
• Provide feedback to the leadership team for continuous improvement of customer and team experience.
• Support inventory controls by accurately receiving/transferring product, joining inventory counts, and maintaining an organized back‑of‑house.
• Strive for excellence by improving daily customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
• Meet and exceed individual performance goals.

• 1–2 years of customer‑facing experience, preferably in lingerie or intimates.
• Positive, growth‑mindset attitude toward ambiguity and challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Tech‑savvy or comfortable with technology as part of daily responsibilities.
• Self‑directed, highly motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑selling environment.
• Capability to perform required physical tasks: constant moving, standing for at least two hours, occasionally stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Flexible schedule, open to evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
