Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Compensation

Earn $14.50 per hour.

• Flexible and full‑time schedules between 9:30 am and 6 pm (weekends until 5 pm)

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.

• Ability to transport, lift, or move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Should be able to walk around facilities, spend up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal, keeping it clean and free of debris.

Experience:

Successful candidates come from a variety of customer‑service‑centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.

Transportation:
Employees are required to have a valid driver’s license and use their own vehicle to travel between work locations and/or conduct work‑related business (mileage reimbursement available).
