What You’ll Own Revenue & Membership Growth Sell memberships with confidence and conviction

Drive add-on services, retail, and liquor sales

Consistently hit and exceed sales goals

Track personal performance and push to improve

Turn first-time guests into long-term members

You will be measured by performance. This role rewards producers.

Run the Lounge — The Pulse of the Business Craft and serve drinks efficiently and professionally

Create energy and atmosphere that keeps guests engaged

Manage multiple priorities during peak hours

Elevate the experience while driving additional sales opportunities

The lounge is not just a bar — it’s where relationships are built and sales are closed.

Own the Guest Experience Manage check-ins, payments, and scheduling

Be the first and last impression of our brand

Control the flow of the shop during busy periods

Anticipate client needs and confidently guide purchasing decisions
