We're looking for an Alliance Concierge who will work hand-in-hand with customers through rolling out new products, adoption, and training. This is a high-impact role that will be boots-on-the-ground as an extension of our property management partners' own teams — sitting alongside their leasing and operations staff, understanding their product needs, and driving the rollout from signed contract to fully live, adopted, and thriving.
This role lives at the intersection of trust and advocacy. You represent Bilt fully while showing up for the partner as someone who's genuinely "on their team." The best people in this role are the ones partners forget aren't actually their own employees. We are currently only seeking candidates who live in Texas and are willing and able to travel to partners 100% of the time.
In this role you will...
- Act as the primary on-the-ground point of contact for partner leasing and operations teams during rollout
- Guide partners through implementation of new products, working through go-to-market plan, goals, and timeline
- Support clients through change management, helping teams embrace AI and integrate it into core processes
- Take ownership over strategic accounts, translating partner product needs, friction points, and feature requests back to Bilt's product and account management teams
- Troubleshoot issues in real time
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with partner teams — lead data-driven conversations that tie AI performance to KPIs and long-term objectives
- Travel within your region to be on-site with partners for launches, training, and check-ins
- Spend time with both corporate and onsite teams, with the ability to work with multiple levels of stakeholders
- Balance full loyalty to Bilt's mission and standards with genuine responsiveness to each partner's specific needs
In terms of qualifications we're seeking:
- 3–5 years of experience in AI, implementation, customer success, account management, or operations
- Willingness to travel regionally, up to every week, for on-site launches and partner support
- Comfort operating as an embedded partner resource — representing another organization's day-to-day needs while staying fully aligned with your own company's mission
- Strong training and change-management skills — you can get busy leasing teams to actually adopt something new
- Excellent relationship-building instincts; you earn trust quickly and keep it
- Detail-oriented project management skills to run multiple concurrent rollouts
- A true "no job too small" attitude — you solve problems, you don't just flag them
Nice to have:
- Experience in multifamily, property management, or proptech
- Experience with property management software (Yardi, Real Page, MRI, etc.)
- Background in CX or implementation at a B2B SaaS or proptech company
- Experience managing partner relationships where you represent one company's product inside another's operations

The salary range for an Alliance Concierge is $70, and will be eligible for equity and an annual performance-based bonus.
